Terminating Terminal Server Processes and Duplicate Sessions
There is a terminal server on win2008r2. updated rarely and under control.
People work both from their workplaces and at home. Only certain networks are allowed for RDP.
At a certain moment, a situation occurs and the next time you connect, the session is not restored, but a new one opens. Accordingly, all the programs that were open work, including outlook. Accordingly, Outlook does not work in a new session.
On the screen you can see the lines where the "Session" field is empty. Here is with these processes and the problem.
Programs are not terminated from the first session. only reboot helps. How to solve this problem? Google didn't really help.

this is due to forwarded printers and smart cards. More like smart cards.
And if you turn on the forced termination of sessions in case of downtime - does it work?
