Terminal not working in phpstorm on windows?

A rather strange problem, I googled, I didn’t find anything like this anywhere, the point is that the terminal in phpstorm starts, but I can’t drive in any commands, I tried to change the cmd.exe executable file to others in the settings, but there’s no point, it’s only in phpstorm

Guys, although I am Junior, this problem is solved very simply. All you need to do is run phpStorm as Administrator or permanently run phpStorm application as Administrator.
