Tell me how to put

Expensive time of day.
I bought myself an asus k56cm beech with windows 8 preinstalled. I tried to install ubuntu on it. But when I installed it via wubi or when I boot from a USB flash drive after selecting (download without installation, install), a black screen appears after selection and nothing happens.

I read that it is related to some kind of security key.

Has anyone already encountered this? and how to win it?

I think the problem is UEFI.
Installed ubuntu 12.04 on zenbook ux32vd instead of win8.
The steps are.
1. Write ubuntu 12.04 to a flash drive with a UEFI bootloader. Did it unetbootin.
A simple dd flash drive without a bootloader with UEFI is obtained.
2. In the boot menu, there should be a choice of a flash drive with UEFI.
3. Install as usual, you may have to create a partition for UEFI boot
As the second option, if possible, enable the old BIOS mode in UEFI. Further installation as on normal BIOS.
