Tell me a reminder of birthdays and other congratulatory events

I am looking for a stable (both in terms of uptime and duration of existence) service that sends an email with a reminder of birthdays and other dates, preferably an imported one. Just don’t say that Facebook does this perfectly, I won’t force an 80-year-old relative to register on Facebook.
It would also be great to have group events, for example: teacher's day, congratulate <list>.
Is there one?

rememberthemilk.com allows you to set a reminder in a convenient form for tomorrow, on a specific date, set the reminder frequency: in a year, a month, etc. sends an email notification.

I set up my personal calendar on calend.ru. There are email notifications (configurable). Also, in addition to your own events, you can add specific holidays (for example, the same Teacher's Day). And yes, a domestic service (although this is not a problem for me).

almost every modern phone has a calendar; it is quite enough for this purpose.

If the apple tree, then everything is well synchronized, all the birthdays of contacts are entered in the calendar and reminds me two days in advance. And everything is perfectly synchronized with Makovsky ical and contacts and in the icloud cloud
