I thought to use trainme.ru , but there are problems with registration.
It is highly desirable that it goes to HTC mini (windows mobile 6.5)

I kept a record of training simply on a piece of paper with a table that I made in Excel. I think for these purposes you can use some Google Docs.

The western analogue of trainme.ru is TrainWithMeOnline.com .
Also try GoogleQuery -> "Online training log" - there are a lot of similar online services.
Unfortunately, I don’t know anything under WM 6.5 ... But there is an excellent Gipis program for iOS, android and WM 7.

www.jefit.com/ has online and android applications. Makes a program, shows exercises, you can keep records.
