Telephony for a mobile office?

Advise services and ways to implement telephony for a mobile office.
You need a Moscow number and an American number, if possible, other countries.
Forwarding will go to Moscow mobile numbers.
Thanks in advance.

The Moscow number is, for example, in this topic (and not only - look here by company names). The US number can be obtained from Google Voice. Both options are forwarded to sip and land on mobile.

The ideal is your own server with Asterisk: then you can squeeze the maximum out.
It has a couple of E1550 modems - and you can receive incoming calls from mobile or AlloIncognito.
Plus a channel to the Internet - and you can use DID numbers in different countries.
Plus a few “anlim sims” (A-Mobile 2010 - in Moscow and the region 150 rubles a month for unlimited calls to other a-mobiles) - and the communication between the PBX and office workers is already unlimited.
