Есть у моего близкого человека телеграм на телефоне(поставил я), не пользуется им совсем,телефон просто включен, подключен к и-нэту, в кэше тг нет и ТОЧНО не запускался. Телега всё-равно проставляет метки, о том что он был онлайн тогда-то(проверял со своего)

How does the telegram client on android (maybe not only) put a label about "the last time I was online"?

1. At the moment the user exits the application (onPause, onDestroy), the time of the last activity is sent to the server
. This will be the last time the user was active.
