Telegram (Telegraph) and gif. Strongly pinched about viewing or working from the phone. Who faced?

I got out today to make an article, I attach a gif. On the computer it looks almost lossless, no complaints.
When viewed on a phone, the jackals ate the entire gif.
I tried to attach just a gif in the telegram chat, the same problem - everything is sooooo muddy.
Has anyone encountered this problem? Previously uploaded a couple of times gif everything was without problems.
If you attach a gif from your collection in a telegram chat, there is no such problem.

Check the quality when sending a video without sound (GIF), there is a gear. Also, a "bar" is periodically displayed with a choice from 1 to 100%, this bar is "quality selection". Hope it helped somehow
