About 2-3 years ago, when I was still using ICQ, I carried an unpacked QIP on a flash drive in order to connect to ICQ if necessary. For reliability, the flash drive was encrypted using TrueCrypt.
Is it also possible to write Telegram to a USB flash drive? As I understand it, it stores all the data in the user's folder. And if, for example, my flash drive with Telegram installed on it gets to someone, won’t he be able to access my correspondence or log in on my behalf?
