But to make it look like regular correspondence, so that you can start communicating with the client yourself, enter his phone number. Yes. For example, I implemented the following:
1. Telegram
bot 2. VK bot (attached to a group)
3. JivoSite window
4. Special technical support chat in the application.
When a client writes in one of these sources, a special chat/channel is created in the corporate messenger (slack or Rocket chat) into which the bot writes.
When an employee writes to this special channel, the message is sent to the source to which it is attached.
