Created a chat bot in Tg using ManyBot.
Essence:
Chatbot asks 4 open-ended questions to the user.
Task:
To form one concise message from the answers with the user's answers and send them to the general group on behalf of the user with his avatar.
Is it possible to implement this without code? How, how or through which service?

to display everything in one - just save the answers, for example, to the database, and when you receive the last answer, pull the previous answers from the database and merge them.
But you can’t write on behalf of the user in any way and, I hope, you will never be able to, since this is already a security breach.

Through which service it is unlikely that someone will tell you. Here, usually people themselves write these services, and do not use them.
You have already been answered correctly - you save the answers in the database, then, when everything is collected, you send it to the channel from the BOTA NAMES with a link to the person who took the survey.
