Corporate messenger and office 365 synchronization?

Good afternoon, there is a choice of a corporate messenger, in principle there are many major giants, but I can’t find the function of mm synchronization with our mail calendar - office 365, i.e. here comes a message, they click on it, poke a button and it is entered in the calendar. I've only seen this in Stride, but it doesn't work on phones, only the web and the app on the desktop. Maybe someone has seen something similar?
