And I would also have the opportunity to simply send everything from another chat.
Are there such solutions?

As far as I know, the bot must be an administrator in the group and must have access to messages in order to search for certain messages with a hashtag, as well as to forward to the channel, it must also be an administrator in the channel and must have the appropriate access to send messages.
