The bot works on the local server, but does not react at all on the server. I installed the libraries on the server, restarted the server, but it still didn't help (Other bots on the server work). Because of what it can not work on the server?

How to output possible errors when starting the bot to a file?
ps bot was written in telebot but had to switch to aiogram

Updated python to 3.9.7 on the server and everything is fine
