Technology choice for high availability postgresql cluster implementation?
There was a question of implementation of a cluster of postgresql of high reliability.
Googling, I came to the conclusion that the implementation based on Patroni is quite suitable for all requirements. And the question would have been closed, but there was news about the release of the open add -on pg_auto_failover .
Both technologies claim that they are designed to implement HA solutions. There is a lot of information on Patroni, but in 2.5 weeks from the publication of the news, there has not been any discussion or analysis of the pg_auto_failover technology. Has anyone looked this way? What are the advantages and disadvantages compared to Patroni?
