Technologies for highload?

What technology stack will be optimal for a highload project on a node?

Initially:
mongo - we need a document-oriented
node - as a real-time
application redis - for an nginx cluster
- proxy

What else would you advise (or instead)?

I wouldn't change a thing. Perhaps I would also try tarantool for microtasks or as a replacement for radish.
But as an option - C # or Java, and some RavenDB will also completely roll under "highload technologies".
Also, instead of the usual mongo, you can try a drop-in replacement in the form of TokuMX: https://github.com/Tokutek/mongo
