Good day guys! We use a TV 10 license at work, there was a production need to transfer working PCs to Win 10. It would seem that we encountered a minor problem, but quite tricky in our use. The bottom line is this: People write to our TeamViewer in a chat, for convenient user identification we have a list of contacts in our TV, i.e. when a user accesses a chat, we see his appeal in the chat window, where the ID of the person who applied is displayed, copy it and paste it into the search field in the contacts window, where the already found contact with the name filled in by us is displayed. So, the function of "selection with the mouse" of the ID of the person who applied in some incomprehensible way in Win 10 disappeared, it's simply impossible to select it, and that's it. The TV version has not changed, in Win 7 this function works.

Options with "deploy the Win 7 virtual machine " and "run in compatibility mode" are not suitable for a number of reasons. Those. TV support, unfortunately, is not particularly concerned about this issue and we are tritely offered to spend a lot of money on updating to the newest, 12th version of TV.

Well, what's the point of asking here about the support and glitches of a commercial product.
All questions in technical support.
If you don't like tech support, don't work with them.
And what side will they support the work of the old version with the new OS? They didn't promise this.
PS I have win8 and nothing is highlighted in the chat other than chat messages.
