If you do not restart Windows for several days in a row, it starts to work more slowly. How to solve the problem?

Laptop with powerful Windows hardware. Initially, everything just flies, it works instantly.
But after a few days, everything starts to work much slower,
even just folders in Explorer open with a delay.
It is worth restarting the laptop - and everything flies again.
Because of what everything starts to slow down a few days after rebooting windows? Is there a way to speed up a laptop without rebooting?

Don't install shitty software.
My Windows servers have not rebooted for years.
If you want to understand what kind of bad thing you are eating resources - take the Sysinternals/Wininternals utilities and pick them.
