Teaching algorithms and data structures?

Good afternoon, tell me how to study correctly, they often ask at interviews. I don’t see the point in reading Cormen - it’s a long time and not for an audience of programmers, in particular, beginners. Does it make sense to have tutors or maybe some courses need to be taken online? Tell me how did you learn?

tell me how to learn

Hm. What?
I read books and continue to read them. Like most other people involved in programming. Ask a good, experienced programmer "how many books has he read?" and it is quite possible that he will not tell you the number, because he lost count a long time ago.

Read "Groaking Algorithms", and only then, if you want, you can return to Cormen. His book is really very voluminous and it is quite difficult to force yourself to read it without having an idea about the subject.
PS: my first voluminous book was CCNA, in comparison with it, Cormen is a master of artistic expression)

From the courses you can see https://shultais.education/courses/algo or https://stepik.org/course/1547/promo - both are not bad, although the first one is paid, but with tasks.
