Mathematics - where and how to learn?

Hello. I'm reading a book on algorithms and ran into math.
Due to moving to Israel 4 years ago (I was in the 8th grade then), I did not study mathematics for 2 years + then I caught up with everything in Hebrew (and did not catch up). As a result, I know mathematics at the level of the beginning of the 8th grade of the Russian education system.
How to study and where? There is no money for a tutor, I would like to do it myself.
How did you teach?

There is a MathTutor channel on YouTube . In Russian. Everything is explained there very easily.

In general and in general, all university programs are open, and materials are open access,
there are no obstacles to mastering. To close the school program, you can focus on entrance tickets for Moscow State University, for this you will still have to stock up on school textbooks.
But you don't have to "teach" school mathematics, you just need to understand that all moments are absolutely transparent, and develop the skill of solving problems of varying degrees of complexity, then everything will be remembered automatically.
According to the theory for the school curriculum, in principle, Wikipedia is enough. In textbooks / task books, there are methods for solving typical problems.

well, in general, for starters on mathprofi, after that you can download\buy any fairly voluminous work on higher mathematics (after evaluating the availability of the presentation), which also contains tasks after each topic. Something like this, enough for the basics =)

There is only time, volumes and work. You can download textbooks from the Internet and solve from cover to cover. How will you imitate the passing of exams in physics and mathematics schools, this is already more difficult. And if in essence, then rather no way. Go to the 9th grade of a school with Russian speakers and learn everything again. You have a typical problem of early/young emigrants whose education breaks down. They did not receive education in their old homeland. And in the new homeland they did not catch up because of the language.

Take a textbook and a problem book to it.
In parallel with reading the textbook, selectively solve problems from the corresponding sections of the problem book.
What is the end goal?
