Tax Free when buying from an Apple Store in Europe?

Gentlemen, someone probably returned the tax when buying at the Apple Store in European countries (even more interested in the Internet store).
At the same time, do they return the entire tax or do it through intermediaries? And if so, how can you avoid them in order to get a full tax refund?
I would be grateful for the answers, because even 10% is a good "discount".

I apologize for being confusing, it was a long time ago - I don’t remember all the nuances.
A couple of years ago in the Czech Republic I bought a time capsule from a local reseller. I asked for a tax refund. They issued papers - they didn’t give money, they said either at the airport upon departure, or in special stores with a tax refund icon. That is, it is not always possible to issue a tax refund and receive this refund physically in one and the same place.
Further, with these pieces of paper and a check, I went to a completely third-party store, which actually carried out a tax refund (to a jewelry store, if you're interested). They also demanded my credit card number, but in the end they gave out real money. I put the rest of the papers in a special box at the airport upon departure (if this is not done, then somewhere in a month a fine will be written off from the credit card).
In principle, it was possible not to fool around and get the money in hand already at the airport before departure, but there is one minus. The tax is refunded in the currency of the country where the purchase was made. In my case, in Czech crowns. Exchange rates at airports are not at all interesting, however, as well as carrying crowns back to the Russian Federation. Therefore, it was more profitable for me to receive a tax refund in the middle of my stay in the country (well, spend this money there) than at the end of my trip already at the airport.

I don’t know about the ebay account, but if someone buys for you and issues a “tax refund” form for your passport (let’s say he has a copy), then at the airport you can get 10 percent (well, or how much VAT is there) back.
