Taskbar not working in Linux Mint?

The menu, quick launch and taskbar, the entire bottom panel does not work.
Except for one button "Install updates".
Stopped working, installed updates, did not work.
A Google search turns up nothing at all.
Linux Mint 17.3 Cinnamon x64

Backup and tear down the .config directory in your home directory.
Relogin to the account, the gnome will recreate its configs.
If it doesn’t help, then I don’t even know how else to help, once I was looking for the causes of such glitches for a long time and as a result I found a broken panel config, as a result I decided that it was faster and easier to demolish it all :)
