Task tracker for a team of up to 10 people, not a cloud, what to choose?
Good day everyone.
I choose a task tracker for a small team. One of the main requirements is that it should be everything inside the organization's network, that is, everything that is not suitable for the cloud (SB will slaughter). Everything that is put on Linux or Windows is not fundamental.
In fact, we need a small task tracker for developers / admins / task managers, with the simplest functionality: Task + responsible + task managers, well, the time of this task, so that you can see whether this task is finished or not.
From what I know, this is redmine, but I was told that it is somehow not beautiful and generally too complicated (by the way, if there are decorating plugins, it can also help). They like something a la Bitrix24 - with graphics and whistles.
gitlab? It's complicated again, since redmine is not suitable.
All in all, let me know. A team of no more than 10 people (performers) + there will also be external task managers.

Yopt, is redmine ugly? Well, put a bugzilla - let them understand what "ugly" is. Or jira - let them see what a tracker looks like, costing like a wing from a Boeing.
We have been using redmine for years and everyone likes everything.
