Task manager for work and notes?

Hello. A year ago , I already created a question about choosing a task manager, and at that time I chose TikTik and have lived with it to this day. Recently, I went to work, there are more tasks that have to be divided into groups, + personal affairs have not gone away. I didn’t like TikTik and I started looking for a new task manager that will cover the following needs:

  • Online or desktop version in addition to mobile
  • Completed task tracking
  • Folders for tasks
  • Friendly interface
  • Is there a free or trial version?
  • Reliable notifications and task tracking
  • Inside the interface, it is possible to create a page with notes (as in ticktick)

I tried it this month on monday - it's cool, but there are no notifications or tracking at all, a crude product, I use it every day, but using it as a task manager is a game, all sorts of things like microsoft there are too simple.

Everything you write about is implemented in LogTime, but the downside is that there is no application on Windows, only on Mac, mobile OC and web

Leadertask would be a good option. Only their web version is weak. And the android lagged just a month ago. Now I don’t know, it seems to have been fixed judging by the reviews and updates. But the web version is still lame. The rest of the platforms of the norms work, according to your criteria, the program is one hundred percent suitable.
