Tap (hit) with 3 fingers on the touchpad like the 3rd mouse button?

I was planning to change my laptop, but ran into a problem. All laptops I've seen no longer support extended touchpad features. And those that are supported do not work well.
In particular, I need to scroll down when I hit with two fingers. This makes the text very easy to read. I know that there is text scrolling with two-finger gestures, I also actively use this, but this is not it. And when hit with 3 fingers - the middle mouse button. It is convenient to open links in a new tab.
In addition, on my current touchpad, there is no need to spread and separate fingers from each other. Those. the fingers may be together in a relaxed state, but the touchpad never makes a mistake and recognizes it as a two-finger tap. On all the laptops that I have seen, it is required to spread the fingers by force.
Here's a screenshot of my laptop's customization options. Now it’s not even close to this on all the laptops that I looked at :( True, almost all of them have a Synaptics touchpad, not Elan. Only one laptop was with Elan, but even on it, despite the latest drivers, these features were missing.

Maybe Are there any alternative utilities for configuring the touchpads?
