#-tag search in VK public messages via API

Is it possible to search for messages in VK by hashtag via API (similar to vk.com/feed?q=%23italy§ion=search )?
This functionality is available, for example, on Twitter, but unfortunately I could not find the corresponding http request on VK.

Ideas, advice, suggestions?
