Tag plugin not working in sublime text?

I installed the Tag plugin in Sublime Text 3\Packages. I add hotkeys by opening Preferences – Key Bindings: { "keys": ["ctrl+`"], "command": "tag_classes" }. I highlight the html code, I use hotkeys, but it still doesn't work. Nothing at all happens. What is the reason? And yet, I don’t know if this affects, but if you don’t add hot keys ctrl + ` (counter E), then using them causes some kind of window. And after adding it, nothing happens at all.

I found my problem. I checked the entire syntax of the record, everything matched the image. Already cleaned the clipboard from Windows. Reassigned other keys - does not work, even crack. It turned out to be my own carelessness. I have 2 hard drives and there are 2 windows: 10 and 8.1. And I unzipped the tag in 8.1., although I have a working Sublime application on Windows 10. As a result, I installed it in the right folder on the disk where 10 is located - it all worked. But this is of course a special case)).
