Is the latest build of sublime text 3 for mac different from the previous ones?

Hey!
I work today for mac os, I installed the latest version of sublime text 3 Build 3143 without a license. The home PC has linux and an earlier build (before the recent release of sublime text3 stabile). The question is in the settings. Installed several plugins / themes and now they are not in one drop-down menu, but god knows where.

Perhaps this is due to the lack of a license?
Or what is going on?

try clicking on Sublime Text3 in the top bar, there should be in the preferences submenu
