How to set up browser sync in sublime by making an analogue of brackets?

I tried brackets the other day, I didn't really like it as an editor. But I really liked the feature of refreshing the browser when changing (and not when saving!) And so to speak, I would like such a jester in sublime and vscode. How to setup ? Or do I need to write a plugin?
