Tag cloud on Bitrix?

Good day to all! I need to implement a tag cloud on Bitrix. It should work somehow like this:
On the page for editing a section, there should be fields for creating tags:
- A field in which the tag text is entered;
- The field in which a link is entered to the page that will open when clicking on this tag.
Can you tell me if there are already existing modules that can implement this (or at least something similar in meaning)?!?? And if not, how to add these same fields to the section to add tags?!??
