Why are empty fields coming in the OnOrderNewSendEmail event?

I want to add properties to the email after placing an order. I make a handler in init.php. And those fields that are needed come up empty, if you look through

AddMessage2Log($arFields);

the order, the field values ​​​​are in the admin panel. If you make a selection of properties without an event handler (somewhere on the page), the array comes as expected, all fields have values. Legacy event handling is enabled.
