Tabs of open files under each other?

I often have a lot of files open and they all don't fit, i.e. do not wrap to a new line, but work like in a browser when you open many tabs, they decrease in size. but I want them to be transferred to a new line, I saw one person on YouTube, though he used web storm, but for vscode I also think there is such a setting, please tell me.

As far as I understand, this functionality is not implemented in VSCode. I found this mention here from the developers:
What can be generally translated as - not planned in the near future, we already have a lot of work.
