Tablet with LAN or convertible laptop with touch?

Colleagues, good afternoon!
For many days now I can’t pick up a device with a touch in the event hall (display of information, browser application). The requirements are simple:

• Touch screen
  
• LAN port NOT via USB
  
• If this is a laptop, then a transformer so that the screen is closer to the person sitting
  
• permanent network connection
  
• the overall width is not more than an A4 sheet (you can consider options up to 5-10 cm), i.e. up to 32-35 cm +-
  

Tablets do not have LAN, there are plenty of laptops, but small transformers with LAN + touch are also not very ...
So far I have only seen this: Lenovo ThinkPad X380 Yoga , but the price of 100k+ is somehow not very good.
I’m even ready to consider small monoblocks, but I haven’t seen small ones either.
We tried to consider combinations of NUC (or similar) + a monitor with a tach, but we didn’t find something small monitors either, but I confess that they didn’t look for much in this direction.
Are there no more options?

We bought three of them, though 27 inches and intel stick (we connect via WIFI), you can also find compact ones with LAN.
