Tablet Oysters T10?

I'm looking for a tablet for my father to replace the reader - I'm tired of changing the screen. Accordingly, we need a model with a large screen and long battery life. Yandex.Market offers iPads or Oysters T10 .
Does anyone know of such an animal? :-) Would buy an iPad, but reluctance to contact iTunes.
