Tablet for work (pdf, djvu, word, email)?

Recommend a tablet for work: 1) reading word documents with selection and notes and search 2) reading those literature in pdf, djvu. 3) work with mail.
I will always carry my tablet with me.

I can say what not to take
- tablets for android with ak less than 4400 (subjectively, depends on the processor) with a diagonal of less than 8.65 and a resolution of HD (1280x1024) and less - this is a 100% waste of money.
I also recommend splitting questions into sub-questions - ak, diagonal, PPI and looking at each on the specialized forums.

Any that is now sold with support for mobile Internet. Diagonal, power, matrix type, etc. depends on the habits and the thickness of the wallet.

I took some kind of Chinese from Ali Express - they are all about the same there, for 2K Russian ones, with a diagonal of 7 inches and a resolution of 800x480. In principle, you can read books and work on the Internet - but it strains the screen resolution and the screen itself. I think it's better to look at something more expensive. Just do not take such 7 inches and a resolution of 800x480.

Работать с Word и почтой сейчас можно практически с любого устройства, которое позволяет доустанавливать ПО из "Маркетов" или Интернета. А вот касательно PDF & DJVU - тут необходимо читать в ГОРИЗОНТАЛЬНОМ положении экрана, ну и диоганаль с разрешением экрана - желательно побольше.
Мой опыт:
Очень долго выбирал Эл.книгу - 6" маловато, >8" не компактно... Нашёл 2 года назад модель Sony Reader PRS-950 (7″ E Ink Pearl, 600х1024, сенсорный, 16 градаций серого, контраст 10:1, 200x128x9,5мм, 272 г). Для чтения PDF & DJVU пожалуй лучшая из книг. Но сейчас таких уже нет в продаже, только 6" или 8 с копейками... :(
Если брать планшет, он конечно пошустрее работает и можно в темноте читать, но книга, как по мне - приятнее + глаза не устают + никакие сообщения не отвлекают.
If you need to read in the dark or crowded transport :) then I use LG G2 (5.2" IPS 1920x1080) - not so comfortable, but acceptable.
