Table output in Python?

Good day to all. There was a problem with the output of tables in PDF. In general, there is a table with a data set, these data are created through gr. interface and fit into the table in order, then output to PDF. But some data must be together, so if any of them (of those that should be together) change, the following table is displayed.
For example, we have the thickness of the material, color, and the name of the material (they must be together.). Further price, length, etc. in qline edit, the data in the cells is indicated, then add and here is the line with the data, then the next. and next. etc. All this is formed into a table. and so if I change the data for for example length or thickness, the new table has to be deduced. I can't find anything. At me either falls, or the table where all data in separate tables, or all data in one. The code is big. I'm not sure everyone understood me. Therefore, if necessary, I can throw code fragments in discussions. Please don't mess up.
