System Thread Exception Not Handled how to fix?

Played the game. The laptop shut down due to overheating. I'm waiting for some time to cool down. I'm getting a blue screen of death and getting a System Thread Exception Not Handled error. The laptop enters an endless reboot loop. I didn’t follow it, but it seems like after an error the laptop is trying to enter recovery mode (the win 10 blue flag and at the bottom there is an inscription something on the topic of recovery, and so on through time). Looked on the Internet, I do not have one problem. The problem seems to be the most frequent on old ATI video cards (I have just such a one). I read, they write, insert the win 10 installation disk for recovery mode (boot disc if I understood correctly) to be sure, I read the same instructions in Russian. I change the queue in the BIOS Boot (my BIOS does not ask me what to run every time I have to change the queue in the BIOS manually). I insert the disc, start ... black screen - white flashing bar (computer reads disk). The inscription in English is approximately: To start from the disk, press any button. I press. Black screen blue flag win 10 for about a minute (without a disk, the second 3 flag hangs and BSoD). And ...... again BSoD and the same error (only for some reason the text is in English). And ..... again an endless cycle of reboots (only this time because of the disk for a minute longer), that is, even the system cannot be reinstalled (the disk does absolutely nothing).
Let's summarize :
Starting the laptop --> 3 sec blue flag --> BSoD with an error --> reboot the same flag (only it seems to be an inscription below, but something like starting the recovery and so through time, I'm not sure, I didn't follow)
That's like and all. Sorry it's so long, it's just that more than one solution on the Internet did not work and I want to convey as much information as possible, it can help (and I'm already tired of everything).
PS There is ubuntu installed on an external hard drive with no problems running it (I’m writing a question from it) and with ubuntu I can (sort of) change files win 10
P.SS It seems like a lot of people have the same problem and there are people who have a disk like didn’t help me and they wrote how to solve it, but I didn’t quite understand (read, translate if there is at least a little valuable information there)
PSSS During the launch of Ubuntu (as always, a purple screen with a white text like choosing a startup option) there are all sorts of inscriptions like starting windows recovery (there were always inscriptions), but among the launch options there is a choice of win 7 (I remind you of win 10) this I was embarrassed, what if the recovery is win 7, and not win 10, and something goes wrong there and I will finally turn the laptop into a brick.
PSSSS It seems like the laptop turned off while the system update was loading (updates are not disabled in win 10), although I did not understand how this could affect the updates should have been installed after a regular shutdown.
