System.multiall support when using XML-RPC

Good afternoon!

Faced the need to support calling the system.multicall method via XML-RPC (using the XML-RPC.NET 2.5.0 library ).

Perhaps there are already ready-made solutions (at the moment my searches have yielded nothing).
Perhaps someone has already implemented this under .NET

I would be grateful for the help!
