System interrupts, PC freezing?

I have a problem, for no reason, the system began to hang tightly. I went into the task manager, the item system interrupts appeared, loads the percentage by 0.1-0.2% is not critical, but as I understand it, googling this is a bell! The CPU does not overheat 25 degrees. In which direction to dig? And how to calculate what is the problem?
PS: I also have a hackintosh installed, it also hangs there.
