Syntax error while installing apk

Wrote a small program for Android. It works fine in the emulator, it installs and works fine on my device too (OSF CyanogenMod 7). And it is not installed on other phones, writes a syntax error, although they also have Android 2.3. What could be the problem?

1. The package has already been downloaded with an error (i.e. broken)
2. The hardware part of the phone does not support the package
3. This android version is not supported
