Synology Data Replicator not working, why?

Backup

Unable to make a scheduled backup.
It gives an error "Wrong password or username"
If without a password (I skip this step) - "Failed to create a scheduled archiving task"
From the forums I realized that I'm not the only one ...
Win 8.1 x64, user - administrator, "Task Scheduler" service running, latest version of DataReplicator (3010153)
What should I do?
Maybe there is an alternative?
