Synchronizing ISPManager panels between multiple servers?

We are planning to move to Yandex Cloud.

The system is planned as

follows -- Load balancer
-- -- Server 1
-- -- Server 2

Hosts (domains) are automatically created on our service via isp and Let's encrypt certificates are also automatically created The

question is how best to do so that the created domains automatically appeared on another server.

And it should work in a bilateral order of course. And if one server turns off for a while, so that when it turns on, the panels are somehow synchronized.

I would ditch ISPManager in favor of Ansible .
