Synchronizing FTP and local directory?

I have hosting, it contains a certain service that I develop. On the computer (win) is git.
I use Adobe Dreamweaver because it has a built-in ftp client.
I need files to always be synchronized in the local folder and on the remote ftp (saved on the computer - uploaded to ftp. Something changed on ftp - changed in the local folder). What solution can be used?
