Synchronization of comments on the site with facebook?

Rummaged through a bunch of information (maybe not enough bunch), I can not find a solution to the following problem. There is a site with pages, there is a group in fb with posts. how can you synchronize comments, i.e. we leave a comment on fb to some post, it accordingly appears on the site page (even if not dynamically, but with a page reload), we leave a comment on the page, it appears at the corresponding post in fb.
I found relevant questions here, they are 2-3 years old, really no one has done it yet?)
