Tell me how to set up switching between the Virtual Machine and the system using the keys, is it possible?

The fact is that I set up a development environment for myself and work under a virtual machine.
VMWare has a so-called Exclusive Mode, Full Screen Mode. For convenience, I just want to switch between VM and Windows.

I found a good utility for desktops in Windows - VirtuaWin v4.4.
I just want to throw a VM on one desktop and have it hang there in full screen mode. And use the keys to switch. The virtual machine captures the entire keyboard, in the settings there is no way to assign your own hot keys.
