Switch user to Window 7 after hibernation

There are two users - one with a password, the other without.
I'm running on a user with a password, then I put it to sleep. Next comes the sister (she does not know the password) and she needs a user without a password. But, when it wakes up the computer from sleep mode, only the login to the profile with a password is shown. There is no shutdown or logout button. I have to shut down the computer with the restart button to log in to another user.
The option with me entering a password and then logging out of the system is excluded.
