Switch to new GOSTs for cryptography?

In a letter, Rostekhregulirovanie points out the need to abandon the use of the old GOSTs for cryptography (referring to the mythical letter from the FSB), and with prizes terminates the old GOSTs from 2019. I no longer found where to read punishments or obligations to use only new GOSTs from 2019. Should you rush to improve software and services?

It's definitely worth getting ready. And to switch - depending on the readiness to support new algorithms of senders and recipients of information with which the exchange is supposed.
