Swift. Where to get an internship?

Hello.
I am 33 years old, almost 13 years in IT (system administrator, engineer, technical support, satellite communications).
Decided to move to developers. I chose swift 3.0 for IOS, actively studying courses, using xCode for learning.
In general, the training is not very difficult, I have basic knowledge of C and python + bash, accumulated over the years of work.
I have a main job as an engineer, full time, with quite a sufficient salary, it is not profitable for me to quit now.
However, at the same time, I want to look for a company where I can get an internship as an ios developer, albeit for free, but either remotely or in the evenings/afternoons/on weekends to gain experience and work in a team of developers.
Where in Moscow can you find something like this? Or is it unrealistic? Can this be found remotely?
Share your experience guys. I will be grateful.
In corp.mail.ru, the requirement is from 20 hours a week, it will be quite difficult for me to combine it with my main job.
Thank you.

Junior developers are not free. training takes the time of senior developers who are paid salaries.
It will not be profitable for you to do this until the age of 40 until you are replaced by a sis student. admin. Look for full-time junior vacancies and quit your current job.
