How to get a job without previous experience?

Good afternoon. I have the same problem, they don't hire me.
Please don't take it as self-promotion.
I have been spinning in the world of it for about 10 years (from grades 7-9), during the period I have been actively engaged in self-development (every day I am almost engaged in self-study and programming), plus, the corresponding higher arr. Behind there are enough amateur projects in C, C++, JavaScript | HTML / CSS, C # (cryptography service, auxiliary full-function asynchronous library, MySQL ORM for Pluses, classic shared data bus for services, web server, website, software for the bicycle microcontroller, etc.). For the last year and a half (when I felt that I was ready to fully enter the commercial it) I have been trying to get a job, but after 16-17 interviews (some especially large ones were divided into 2-3 stages of interviews), I realized that I was doing something wrong, since I constantly refuse. According to reviews, they say that I am well suited in terms of knowledge and character, but almost everyone is not satisfied with the lack of real work experience or simply do not like something. And for an internship, too, many companies in the city do not have enough resources / plans.
And now the problem has come to a head, because of the quarantine, no one works in the family, we are still living on a financial cushion, well, I’m a healthy 24-year-old forehead, I finally want to work myself.
Can you suggest how to be? Maybe you should take out a loan to move to a big city (sounds a little ridiculous)? Tired of solving a bunch of problems, answering tons of questions and being disappointed in myself.

See what city. In conditional Moscow, there are more vacancies, but the competition is higher. There is a chance that it will be money for nowhere. There more, no normal bank will give you a large amount without 2NDFL.
I would try freelancing, since I have experience and have something to show from my portfolio.
You can remotely, there they look less at labor.

In the current situation, interviews / interviews can be done remotely and not get involved in loans

empty 16-17 interviews

Ah, just something? After the first hundred, you can be upset, but for now, it’s too early, as it were.
Well, yes, today, in order to get a job in IT, especially against the backdrop of a pandemic, you need to have something unique that will attract an employer. Finding a job in IT under these conditions is not even possible for all experienced guys.

There are really few interviews. 17 is nothing at all. Consider that they did not exist at all.
Look at job search sites remotely in large cities. There are many offers.
Another possible problem is a bad resume. It needs to be revised and rewritten.
I would strongly NOT recommend taking out a loan.
CREDITS - EVIL!
I myself have never taken loans and do not advise anyone.

They do not hire for the following reason - high requirements for salary, apparently. We in our company take people for a minimum salary from no work experience - 1 year.
Of course, we won’t take on average and above average salaries there without work experience.
Therefore, if you want to get a job without experience - lower your salary expectations, then maybe someone will take you. Then get experience in the work book and either apply for a promotion in this company or look for another one with a higher salary level.
