Svn - how to make dynamic files in a folder?

I need to add a folder to the project where the files will be created by the script itself.
And I do not need svn to touch and delete these files during update
How to do this?
This doesn't help, or I'm doing something wrong SVN: remove file from version control
Now I've created a folder locally, added it to the ignore list. Made a commit. It is not on the server.
Then I created it on the server manually.
Wrote files there.
But after svn update it writes:
sending incremental file list
deleting client/img/bl/calendar.gif
deleting client/img/bl/
client/img/
And nafik deletes all files manually written there.
Yes, and the folder itself is also deleted.
How to overcome it?
